How to Cancel Your Stackpack Subscription

If you'd like to cancel your Stackpack subscription, please reach out to our support team at support@stackpack.ai. A member of our Customer Success team will assist you with the cancellation process.

What to Expect When Canceling

Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Annual subscriptions: Stackpack plans are structured as annual commitments. Cancellations are typically scheduled to take effect at the end of your current contract term, meaning you will retain full access to the platform until that date.

• No mid-term refunds: Stackpack does not offer refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription term. You can review the terms you agreed to in your signed order form, which is also accessible within your Stackpack account.

• Post-cancellation access: After your account is canceled, you will have 30 days of continued access to download any contracts or data stored in the system before the account is fully closed.

• Auto-renewal: Once a cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your term.

Downloading Your Data

If you have contracts or other data stored in Stackpack, we recommend downloading them before your account is fully closed. You will have 30 days after cancellation is processed to do so.
